Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with CreaPrime, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. To be eligible, the product must be unopened. We'll pay the return shipping.

How to return. Email us at support@creaprime.com with your order number to start a return. Once we approve it, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Please send the product back to:

Returns sent without first contacting us can't be accepted, and the product must be returned for the refund to be issued.

Damaged or incorrect items. Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, email support@creaprime.com right away and we'll make it right.

Exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for what you want.

Refunds. We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a little extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@creaprime.com.
